You know how this one goes—2 hours of major, unapologetic sun worship in the company of your fellow lovers of the light. Solar-powered sadhana made into offering after offering on the mat, to celebrate the season! No, you don't have to do them all, and this will be spiced with some backbends and inversions to keep the body healthy. Please register online for this joy-filled practice.

Come in for a healthy dose of freedom and yoga on 4th of July with Monicka at 10am Yoga Foundations, and Tasha at noon, Level 2/3! Please note, freedom lovers, that the noon class will be 90 minutes, and worth every sweaty moment. The rest of the classes are cancelled all day. Go play outside!

Kirtan for One and All

Join Mala, our house kirtan band, every second Sunday as we sing and chant with the Divine breath in sweet and heart-lifting kirtans each month from 6-8pm. By donation to various spiritually uplifiting causes and organizations, we welcome you all into the bliss. And, as if that weren't enough, our Live CD, I Love You, is on sale at The Bhaktishop as a benefit for Hospice of Washington County.
