Teaching together for the first time, Lisa Mae and Flora bring their passions together in order to ignite yours! Approaching their respective teachings from a similar place of joy, intuition, devotion and celebration, Lisa Mae and Flora are excited to join forces to create a powerful and transformational experience for you to explore art and yoga while immersed in Bali’s extraordinary culture and beauty.
Each day will start with meditation and Lisa Mae’s deep, inspired yoga practice to broaden your sense of possibility in heart, in body, and in the deep inner sense of your own universe! This celebratory yoga practice will focus on finding your optimal alignment and spaciousness in asana and connecting deeply to your inherent grace and beauty. After a relaxed lunch break, our afternoons will be spent painting with Flora. In her vibrant and inspired way, Flora will demonstrate many of her personal painting techniques as she guides you to loosen up, let go of expectations, and allow your art to unfold naturally through her fun exploratory process.
Together, Lisa Mae and Flora offer a playful, supported, and forgiving approach to both yoga and art. They are delighted for the opportunity to share this luxurious week with you in Bali. Not to be missed!

Join Tasha and Jeannie, two of our most dedicated and beloved Yoga Foundations teachers for our first-ever retreat exploring the joys of yoga, at the beginner level. If you have ever expressed trepidation at coming with us on a yoga retreat, or worried that the level would not be appropriate for you or that you don't quite feel comfortable enough with the practice to consider such a thing, this is the retreat for you!
We will build a very strong foundation, focusing on your alignment and skill-building in the physical practice, with a focus on breathing techniques, exploring the beauty of mantra and meditation, and of course sharing good company. Tasha may even share some of her therapeutics training, and Jeannie may bless you all with some deep restorative practice, too! And in true Bhaktishop retreat style, plenty of time to relax, read, hike, nap, and soak in Breitenbush's healing hot springs. Join us for our first-ever Beginner retreat to explore or renew the foundations of a yoga practice!
Retreat Cancellation Policy
Dearest yogi family,
We regret that we need to have one of these kinds of policies, but alas, it has become necessary. So here goes.
If you are registered and paid for any retreat we will happily issue you a refund of your payment. Here is the scene:
- If you cancel 1 month or more before the retreat, we will happily give you a 100% refund.
- If it is less than 1 month from the date of the retreat, we will give you a 100% refund if we are able to fill your spot.
- If it is less than 1 month from the date of the retreat, and we are not able to fill your spot, we will give you a refund of 75% of the cost of the retreat or deposit you have given.
As you know, many of our retreats fill up and then get a waiting list, so the likelihood that we will fill the space is pretty high, with the exception of stuff we do in other countries. But that might mean that we have to wait until after the retreat happens to find out and get you a refund!
