Problem: Freezing weather, feeling under-inspired, flagging yoga practice, vitamin D-starved, chapped lips, gray skies. Solution: 8 days of blazing sunshine, mega-doses of yoga and meditation, monkeys, surfing, sunsets and walks by aqua oceans, waterfall hikes, hammocks, and no cooking or cleaning or shopping, weird animals, great company. This could be you, with us, in about 3 weeks, in Costa Rica. A few spaces still remain in the fun-in-the-sun legend of yoga trips. You comin'?
