Learning and incorporating the age-old Dinacharya (daily routine) can help calm, ease and maintain the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies so we are free to do our right life's work. It is an amazing addition to any healthy lifestyle, and anyone can begin to take it up and see benefits immediately.  Do join us as we take an introductory dive into Ayurveda; the elements, the Doshas and exploring the practices of the Dinacharya. Open to all students and seekers, no experience necessary. We supply the oils, spices, self-cleansing materials, food and wisdom, you bring your curiosity and desire to live healthier lives. These daily practices cannot be underestimated; they can and will change your life in relation to self care.
