People who are healing after trauma and other overwhelming experiences, whether recent or historic, can benefit from a yoga practice that utilizes invitational language, creates options, and encourages following their natural impulses. This class series offers a dedicated, safe space to connect with sensation, to cultivate grounding tools, and to discover a greater balance of physical and mental strength and suppleness. The embodied learning that comes from this trauma-informed approach to yoga can translate into other yoga environments and off the mat. Choose to join for the full series or to drop-in for a single class. Open to all levels of experience and to all students and teachers.
