Bhakti and Yoga: The Heart of Practice

Jan 22 – 24, 2016, Friday to Sunday

Join Lisa Mae and Monicka as we weave in the teachings of bhakti yoga, asana and self-exploration. During this immersive weekend we’ll introduce the philosophical essentials of bhakti yoga: hearing, chanting, and remembering God, while honing discipline and attention through the practices of physical yoga asana. In this retreat, work with renewed bio-mechanics of movement to reshape your physical practice, and listen to your heart to cultivate a sense of devotion as you witness the weaving of these two classical paths of practice as a profound shift in consciousness.

Lisa Mae and Monicka share the loving path of Bhakti (devotional) yoga as well as the intelligent understanding of responsible, aligned and efficient bio-mechanics in the body through yoga. We are here to help inspire other truth seekers to open in new and surprising ways through your own unique expressions in both paths of practice. Bhakti yoga is a practice of giving, and we try to be a living embodiment of that service every day. Join us in this annual ritual of renewal and joy!

Registration is directly through Breitenbush at 503.854.3320 (This retreat sells out FAST every year so don't wait.)
