I have been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2004. After taking a year hiatus to explore my practice more, I'm back teaching what I love. Yoga takes many forms in my life, but shows up most authentically through movement, song, comedy, and improvisation. Life can be difficult, so I'm a big fan of humor in practice and in my teaching. I also believe that every day is different, so we must honor how we show up every moment and not force any one experience or idea of what our practice should look like. Be You. Laugh, cry, sigh, and please, practice YOUR yoga.
