Calm your nerves while you resolve to rest, relax, and take better care of yourself in this new monthly series of Restorative bliss with Jeannie in a quiet afternoon right here at The Bhaktishop. Featuring long-held supported poses, yoga nidra, meditation, and mantra, allow yourself to deeply rest amidst all the noise of this crazy life. Space is limited to 12 students only so that deep stillness can be found, and so there will be plenty of attention to each student in the form of nurturing physical adjustments.
