Come try a Franklin Method movement and exercise series with Ali! Expect to move, create strength, enhance flexibility and release tension using the help of big stretchy thera-bands and firm orange balls. Each class begins with a warm-up to develop balance and proprioception (your ability to sense your body in space,) will move into active exercises, and conclude with a relaxation in "constructive rest pose." Move better...feel better :) Open to everyone!
