Ayurveda believes that the heart and the mind are deeply interconnected, and learning to soften and still both through soothing breathing practices with natural focus can be powerful medicine and important self-care especially in our very busy, modern world. When done in community, these practices can be helpful in strengthening our individual practices, as well as our connection with others. Join Danielle for a 4-week Meditation and Pranayama series aimed at increased cultivation of a calm mind and and an open heart using some of the subtle practices of Yoga & Ayurveda. All welcome.
