Using the breath as our ally, the body as our container and working with the imagery of the five elements of Nature (ether, air, fire, water and earth), Danielle will guide you through a soothing and relaxing meditation while laying in a deeply supported savasana. Experience a more restful and healing state of balance as we weave the breath through the body to soften and release held tension, as well as excess heat of the building summer season. All levels welcome.
