In this four-part series, dive into Ayurveda in a practical and experiential way, working with and learning the daily self-care rituals that are an integral part of Ayurveda. Practice yoga and pranayama through the lens of Ayurveda, balancing yourself according to the seasons and the doshas, learn and eat and touch and play with practical Ayurvedic techniques (yay food!) for both cooking and eating, rub oil all over your body and up your nose, and more. This series has the potential to alter your life, and will teach you actual practices that can change your relationship to self-care, and to yourself. Informative on a personal level and also incredibly applicable to teaching in the classroom, this series is not to be missed.
