Bands and Balls Strength Training and Rollout Extravaganza with Ali Wesley

Join us for this super fun workout followed by a rollout! One hour of smart, fun, timed exercises, led circuit-training style with balls and bands to strengthen all the faves: your glutes, abs, shoulders, legs and back. This juicy workout is then followed by one full hour of self-massage, rolling out your entire body using the Franklin Method balls. Feel strong and more relaxed after this class! All levels are welcome.
