What do we do in this life more than anything else? We breathe. If we learn to do it better, we improve most of what we do in life. We can easily get so confused from all the ways we've heard we can breathe better (belly breath? Chest breath?) In this workshop, we will learn to embody the design of our breathing anatomy - experiencing the diaphragm and so much more. Better breathing = calmer mental state, more energy, improved heart health/digestion, more endurance, ease in the spine and musculature (to name a few). But more importantly, it's how we experience life. A better breath = better life. All levels welcome!
