Join Ali Wesley for a super-fun Franklin Method workout class! In each class we will learn several exercises using the Franklin Method balls/bands to create strength and flexibility and mobility in the entire body. Focus on your core, legs and glutes and then your arms and shoulders in a complete, accessible and energizing movement workout for everyone. Timed repetitions of each exercise set with great music and smart, organized movement that will set you up to feel great. These classes are for all levels of movement and all capabilities.
