Hula hooping is more than what most people imagine. This series is designed to connect you to your breath and your body’s innate wisdom of play. Reduce stress, release tension, get out of your head and step into your body. In this series I will share with you many of the concepts that are a part of my personal practice in a moving meditation. I invite you to come, let loose and explore what hula hooping could be for you. No hoop experience necessary. All bodies and levels of experience welcome! Space is limited so you must pre-register.
