Poor hamstrings - they get such a bad rap and are often thought of as being "tight" or "inflexible." In this workshop, we will examine the function of this wonderful grouping of muscles and learn exercises to give them what they love most: movement! Learn some creative ways to energize, awaken, lengthen and embody the happiest of hamstrings...without ever even "stretching" them. If you walk, run, bike, lunge, sit, drive, crawl or kick, this workshop is for you. All levels! Elective hours for 300 Hour students.
