A 2-Hour Yoga & Meditation Practice to Prepare for the New Year
Join Zeyah to ring in 2019 with a practice of renewal and intention setting. The first hour will promote active embodiment of our intentions, explored through a hatha/flow style yoga practice that builds heat and strongly moves energy. The second half of our practice is dedicated to surrendering and softening into these intentions, explored through restorative-style yoga practices and guided mindfulness meditation. Please bring a journal and your favorite pen to write with. This class is suitable for all levels of experience. Please sign up in advance to secure a space, as these fill up every year!
