Understanding and exploring the movements of the pelvis can be crucial in creating ease in your lower back and hips. In this workshop we will learn/embody the anatomy of the muscles of the pelvic floor/wall (including the piriformis) and examine how this relates to movement and breathing. You will learn images to use daily to continue the feeling of support without grip, as well as exercises to train the pelvic floor. This will be beneficial to all, but especially those who experience S/I pain, low back/pelvic pain, incontinence, digestive issues. Post-partum moms also encouraged to attend. This workshop is for all levels of experience and movement.
