Ayurveda and its wisdom can be a wonderful vehicle to move us towards the stability of our health. As summer approaches and the outside temperature builds, our internal landscape does the same. In this 2-hour workshop, learn about some seasonal adjustments to your diet, daily routines and practices that will help you learn to stay cool and buoyant as we smoothly transition to welcome the season of the brilliant sun.
This class will feature 40 minutes of guided, cooling yoga and breathing practices, a sound bath, and a fresh, cooling summer tea will be served to top it off.
