As Spring approaches and the natural rhythms of nature shift, we too can benefit from making changes in our daily patterns that align more fully with natural law. Join Danielle for a Spring Equinox practice that will help support the mind, body and spirit as it moves towards the shifting light and the coming of Spring. The practice will include gentle movement, guided breathing practices and time in quiet stillness. All are welcome.
