Expand on your teaching skills and discover how to successfully integrate all the exciting new movement research into a sustainable and effective yoga or movement classes. We'll discuss creative sequencing techniques and how to skillfully teach a wide variety of people, as well as how adapt to various injuries and break the mold of the "usual" yoga class structure. Learn the art of adjustments, both when and when not to assist, in addition to some why and how. We will also explore the business side of yoga. How can you develop, promote and teach successful workshops, get clear on your niche, and make social media work for you? You will learn invaluable tools and teaching techniques that you will carry with you for years, and we will create a container of support and stability where everyone is valued and welcomed regardless of ability, size, race, experience, or age.
Brea Johnson has been teaching yoga and movement for over 14 years. As a teacher and mentor, Brea leads workshops, teacher training and retreats around the world.
