Chapter two of the Pelvis/Spine workshop! Learn some of the muscular actions that drive the relationship of the bones in your spine/pelvis/legs. When this area is strong, supportive and balanced, you will breathe better, move more fluidly and have less pain in your back/hips!
Working with the precious relationship between legs and spine, we will learn the function of this deep area of muscles in everyday movements like walking/sitting/standing. yoga asana and more, and we will also cover a few simple exercises you can do to continue to energize your true "core." All levels, injuries, and curiosities welcome. Move smarter!
