Along with learning more about your spine and the muscles that move it, we will work with exercises that you can do daily to keep your back feeling great. This includes attention to what we do most often: sitting, standing, walking, transitions...and especially, breathing, which will have a dedicated class of its own the last week of the series. What a great way to end your year and to enter into the holidays feeling strong, mobile and restored. This also makes a great gift!
