The Winter Solstice has been honored for thousands of years by cultures all over the world. Marking the duality of the shortest day and the darkest, longest night, Solstice is a time of looking inward to reflect, renew, rebuild and recharge. Traditionally Ayurveda takes the 10 days around Solstice to transition into the season, allowing the mind and body to attune, align and connect to the seasonal changes at hand. Join us for an evening of quiet practice and reflection, connecting in to the glowing light that shines within us all as we move into the sweet stillness of Winter. All levels, all welcome.
