Join one of The Bhaktishop Yoga Center’s most celebrated teachers in exploring the joys of yoga, at the beginner level, and during one of Breitenbush's exquisite Women-identifying-only weekends. If you’ve ever wanted to try a yoga retreat and were worried that it wouldn’t be level-appropriate or accessible, this is for you! Using her years of experience both as a Mental Health Therapist and as a yoga teacher, she will help you build (or regain) a strong foundation, focusing on both inner and outer alignment and skill-building in the physical practice. There will be instruction in breathing techniques, exploration of the basics of mantra chanting and meditation, and good company. This retreat includes some simple work with therapeutics and good time spent in restorative yoga, as well as time to relax, hike, nap, and soak in the healing waters. Explore the foundations of a yoga practice, in the great company of others. Note that this retreat takes place during a women-identifying-only time at Breitenbush, and thus will be a women-identifying-only retreat.
